Clearing temporary Internet files Internet Explorer version 7
Open Internet Explorer. Click on "Tools" on the menu bar. Select "Delete browsing history"
Click on "Delete all", check "Delete files and settings stored by Add-ons", click "Yes" on the confirmation pop-up. Wait. If you do this regularly it only takes a few seconds. the confirmation pop-up should disappear.
